Tbs Homework
A).Can someone who has committed murder ever by fully trusted again?
I definitely think that someone who commits a murder shouldn’t be fully trusted, but it depends on the situation. But, overall committing a murder is horrible, and wrong, and I think it would be hard to fully trust that person again. I don’t think it would be smart to trust someone that has murdered someone, because even as hard as the murderer tries to be good, it could take a lot of work to get back to normal.
B.) Why might Circle Justice have worked better for the Native Americans prior to the arrival of Europeans in North America?
I think the Circle of Justice would work better for the Native Americans, because of our advanced minds, and tools used to hurt someone. Back then, they didn’t have many choices to kill someone ith, and as disturbing as it is it would probably take a while to commit the crime. The Circle of Justice would have probably calmed them down, and had them look at what they had done wrong.
