SOTKP

Some of the Kinder Planets, ( SOTKP) by Tim Wynne-Jones is definitely different than stories I read. All the stories take place in Canada, and have a unique twist to them. The stories I usually read are horror stories, and they are usually very realistic, and non-imaginative. Contrast to SOTKP which has its on twist of an “off Beat” sense of humor. Meaning, some humor doesnt really make sense, or is very random. Each story is very un-realistic, and very random, for example, In “Night of the Pomegranate,” this teen girl ( another odd thing, mostly all his characters are teens) working on a project about mars discovers a “New” way to learn about Mars, by Eating a Pomegranite. As you can tell, you have no way in predicting what is going to happen next in these odd, but interesting stories.
